"Non-verbal communication is composed of all those messages that people exchange beyond words - gestures, facial expressions, vocals, silence, attire, etc. We convey non-verbal messages whether or not we intend to do so. Non verbal communication is integral to effective communication. Some of the nonverbal channels that we use include: Kinesics, Proxemics, Paravocalics, Chronemics, Olfactics, Aesthetics, Gustorics.
