Problem
You are working in the Toddler Room in an early childhood education centre. One of the other educators continually criticises Binita, a new staff member whose primary language is not English.
The educator is also disrespectful and demeaning in her interactions with Binita and has included other colleagues in her behaviour, causing tension in the team.
As a result, Binita has become very withdrawn, isn't engaging with other staff members and leaves the centre during her break times.
