In today's economic climate, with organizations continuing to jobs, can unions survive?

Consider a particular union, for example, the United Auto Workers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Teamsters, National Education Association, American Federation of Teachers, et cetera, and talk about their reasonability into what's to come. What does this particular union need to concentrate on to stay in the business world?

What changes are required for unions to keep up backing from their participation, the group, and the businesses?

Worker's parties are encountering a decay, which incorporates political impact and enrollment. How does legislative issues impact participation decay?

What generational perspectives (i.e., children of post war America, Generation X, Generation Y) have affected worker's parties and will keep on doing so?
