According to other aphasia research, treatment for individuals with Aphasia should be intense (at least 4 days a week, at least 2 hours a day) for a short period of time rather than spread out. How do you maintain treatment intensity while considering the stamina of an individual who just suffered a stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc and probably doesn't have a lot of energy or focus to give? This is to get you thinking about balancing your treatment plan and the patients' needs.
