1. How do you define successful leadership?
2. Fairly goal-oriented, achievement-based, achieve goals, engagement not just about getting the job done, moving together as a group. Engage the people around them in the process.
3. How do you measure the quality of your leadership and whether you met those leadership goals?
4. Engage staff by open communication, in infection control attracts high-level autonomy, creative thinning independent workers, they won't flourish in a micromanaged environment.
5. What are some of the strengths you feel you possess as a leader?
6. Respect for the people she works with tries to encourage them to be creative and bring out their best qualities, provide them with experiences to help them grow, mentorship, positive relationship between her and her staff
7. What are some of the areas you aim to improve upon as a leader?
8. The organization doesn't come naturally to her, feels she leaves a small path of destruction as she goes, close loose ends, keep engagements all the way to the end, tying things in, wrapping up the assignment not losing interest
9. Partnering with someone who it comes naturally with, does not need to have organizational skills to be successful, she needs to be aware that it's her weakness and make sure her partners know that.
