Purpose:

To teach students the importance of prioritizing tasks

Introduction:

Help students understand how to put daily stressors into perspective.

Method:

Have students take a sheet of paper and write 10 tasks they must complete today.
Include every task, no matter how small.
Turn over the sheet of paper and write down the one thing you would do if it were the last day of your life.
Conclude by asking if the one thing is on their list of things to do today.
