Question: How do celeb endorsements such as Beyonce's for joe Biden positively affect voting behaviour. I had to find gaps within existing research and I identified those. My feedback tells me that my thesis statement needs to be improved, that my question is not empirical. my explanatory research question should explain why/how dependent variable connect to the independent variable and through what mechanism. Where my confusion comes from is that it says if I do not exactly know what drives it or im testing it, the mechanism is crucial. From there, I made a list of possible factors from my research that may drive it such as in group trust, short hand political information, political education in the form of entertainment that comes to the outcome of positive voting behaviours, specifically engaging minority groups, youth voters and previously uninterested voters. How do I best write a thesis statement that explains the connection between these for my final research project?
