Problem

A small group of French-speaking Caribbean farmworkers on a Texas farm reported to their English-speaking American manager, feeling alienated when Mexican coworkers talked among themselves in their native tongues. The farm manager was stumped as he and other administrators knew little French and Spanish; he did not understand Mexican and Caribbean cultures.
