Diagnostics:

• Bone scan, total body: Normal.
• Lumbar spine MRI: Anterior wedge-shaped fracture of L4.
• Spine x-ray: Anterior wedge-shaped fracture of L4.
• Thoracic spine MRI: Normal.

Referrals/Consultations:

Referral for physical therapy and potentially pain management if her pain becomes

Medications/Prescriptions/Treatments:

NSAIDS first-line treatment alternating between Tylenol and ibuprofen.

• Alternate between hot and cold compresses.
