Head small and asymmetrical, hair full/thick, skull intact. Trachea is not midline, no masses felt. Lungs clear to auscultation throughout. No use of accessory muscles noted, breathing effortless. No carotid bruit noted. Cardiac sounds s1 s2 WNL.
