Sara Shopper was buying groceries at Tim's Top-notch Grocery Store. The stock boys were stocking the shelves when they dropped a bottle of catsup. They moved to the next aisle, intending to clean up the catsup as soon as they finished stocking the next aisle. Meanwhile, Sara came up the aisle and saw the catsup. It reminded her of a pool of blood. Being a person who could not stand the sight of blood, she fainted and hit her head on a shelf as she was falling. Has the grocery store, through its employees, committed a tort?
