Suppose the second kind of cookies in Problem #6 are chocolate covered. There are 6 pounds of chocolate mix available, and it takes 2 pounds of chocolate mix to make a dozen cookies. Profits for these chocolate covered cookies are now $.40 instead of $.30 dozen. If the other conditions of the problem remain unchanged- (a) Set up the problem in mathematical terms, sketch the feasible solutions region, and find the coordinates of the extreme points. (b) Test the objective function at each extreme point in order to find optimal solution (s). (c) Find whether or not each available resource is fully utilized at optimal product mix and interpret results.
