Question: How to create a care plan based on the case study below.

Nneka and Chima are parents to a 2.5-year-old boy, Amari. Nneka and Chima have recently immigrated to Mississauga from Ghana and are concerned that Amari doesn't talk, and points or grunts to get what he wants. They also tell you that he has "really bad tantrums" over the smallest disruptions in his day. Nneka was a midwife and Chima was in IT security back home, but have not been able to find stable employment, stating that Amari's behaviour makes it difficult to keep a babysitter

• Research the problem/condition described

• Formulate a comprehensive nursing care plan for the client based on the described condition/issue -3 diagnosis must be considered of these one will be chosen to follow through Please make sure you identify your primary diagnosis on the care plan.

• Researching the problem/condition is to inform your Nursing Care Plan so be sure to do the following:

o Research the problem/condition-this should be no longer than 1 page and is separate from the. Nursing Care Plan. Remember I am not assessing your research I am assessing your application of knowledge in your Nursing Care Plan, but I need to see that you have researched the condition sufficiently

o You will need to understand the background of the problem/condition, review information on incidence, risk factors, treatment, why it happens, how it happens, prognosis, cultural, lifespan and implications to the family unit etc.

o Remember to include 2 short term goals and 1 long term goal in the care plan - each goal needs have 3 interventions WITH Supporting rationale

• A reference page including all resources is to be included with the written submission, this must be in APA format.
