Question

The Clinical Trial Agreement process can be a challenging activity to navigate depending on a multitude of factors including the different types of sites (e.g., academic vs. research centers) and locations selected for the clinical trial (e.g., Europe, South America, U.S...). The process has only gotten more complex with time and experience. Expectations around liability (in the case something goes wrong) and commitments (e.g., access to the drug if shows a benefit...) have grown. And in many cases, costs have gone up exponentially.

What are you most focused on when committing to a clinical trial? Budget? Liability? Something else? And why?
