An electric field (E = 150i + 200j (N/m)) is applied in a region where a proton is moved from an initial position (x, y) = (-2.0, +3.0) meters into a final position (x, y) = (+5.0, +2.0) meters. Find the change in electric potential and the change in the potential energy of the proton. If a particle has twice the charge of the proton is moved between the two points, find what would be the new value of the potential difference?
