An 845 kilogram race car can drive around an unbanked turn at a maximum speed of 62 m/s without slipping. The turn has a radius of curvature of130 meter. Air flowing over the car's wing exerts a downward-pointing force (called the down force) of 4100 Newton on the car.

(a) Find the coefficient of static friction between track and car's tires?

(b) Find what would be the maximum speed if no down force acted on the car?
