A Thevenin equivalent can also be determined from measurements made at the pair of terminals of interest. Assume the following measurements were made at the two external terminals a, b of a circuit. When a 20-ohm resistor is connected between terminals a and b, the voltage vab is measured and found to be 100 V.When a 50-ohm resistor is connected between terminals a and b, the voltage vab is measured and found to be 200 V.Find the Thevenin equivalent of the network with respect to terminals a, b.
A network connected between terminlas a and b consists of two parallel combinations that are in series. The first parallel combination is composed of a 10 OHM resistor and a 19 OHM resistor.
The counter will use the falling edge of the clock (denoted by Clk) and have a separte reset pin (R) which will reset the counnter to 0000 when it is low (e.g. R=0). Please use D type flip-flops. write down the state diagram , and state table.
1. Derive boundary conditions for electric fields (both for tangential and normal components) 2. Derive boundary conditions for magnetic fields (both for tangential and normal components) 3. Why boundary conditions are so important in electromagnetic..
a 1.5 V battery will deliver 9mA for a continuous 38 hrs. during that time the voltage drop will be from 1.5 to 1.0 V. Assume the voltage drop is linear. How much energy does the battery deliver over the 38 hr interval
the output voltage of battery drop from 6V .With no load to 5.2V with a load current of 400mA. calculate the internal resistance.
A linear circuit has a capacitance of 1.0 mF and an inductor of 1.0 µH. If the frequency response of the voltage gain should stay the same and the capacitor is scaled to 70 µF, what should the value of the inductor be
Design an amplifier using a JFET and a 20V power supply. Calculate the required resistor and capacitor values for the circuit, assuming a minimum frequency of 10 Hz.
The repulsive force one exerts on the other when they are 20cm apart is 1.35 X 10-4 N. after the balls are touched together and then represented once again to 20cm, now the repulsive force is found to be 1.40 X 10-4 N. find the charges q1 and q2.
design a new p-type semiconductor material. Acceptor density is Na=5x1015 cm^-3 and there are no donors are present in the material. The effective densities of states for this material is given as Nv=1.8x10^19cm^-3
the upper critical frequency of anop-amps open loop response is 200Hz. If the midrange gain is 175,00, what is the ideal gain at 200Hz? what is th actual gain? what is the op-amps open loop bandwidth?
Plot the signal x(n) 0
