Race tracks use walls which will compress when a car hits them at a high rate of speed. A car of a mass of 500 kg traveling at v= 60 m/s begins to skid along the track for d=100 m before it hits a wall head on. The coefficent of kinetic friction between the car and track is Uk=0.1. The car cause the wall to compress by x=.5 before it stops. Find the spring constant of the wall.
