A speeder is pulling directuly away and increasing his distancefrom a police car that is moving at 25m/s with respect to theground. The radar gun in the police car emits an electromagneticwave with a frequency of 7.0 x 109 Hz. The wave relects from the speeder's carand returns to the police car, where its frequency is measured tobe 320 HZ less than the emitted frequency. Find the speeder's speedwith respect to the ground.
