An experiment is conducted to find the dynamic response characteristics of an automobile wheel assembly system. For this, the wheel is connected to a shaft through a tie rod and is subjected to a harmonic force f(t) as shown in Fig. 3.70. The shaft offers a torsional stiffness of while the wheel undergoes torsional vibration about the axis of the shaft. Find the response of the system, using Laplace transform. Assume the initial conditions to be zero.
