A light dimmer is used to adjust the power dissipated on a resistive load with a resistance of 190 O. The dimmer knob is adjusted such that it applies voltage to the load during the initial 28 % of each half cycle of the standard 120V/60 Hz AC voltage. Find the real (average) power dissipated on the load in watts.
