"How credible do you find the postmodernist approaches to morality? If one of the postmodernist approaches is true, one might argue that moral leadership is impossible, at least in a pluralistic society, since if everyone has their own moral code and none of the moral codes are better than any other, then a moral leader could never exhort their followers to do the right thing, because "the right thing" would only be right on the leader's code and would not be binding on the morality of everyone else. So, if the post-modernist view is true, does that imply that moral leadership impossible? If so, make the case for why. If not, then explain how moral leadership could consistently occur in a pluralistic society where postmodernism were true."
