A long, thin rod 5 m lies along the x axis, with its midpointat the origin. In a vacum, a +6.0 10-6 C point charge is ficed toone end of the one end of the rod, and a -6.0 10-6 point charge isfixed to teh other end . Everywhere in the x,y ,plane there is aconstat external electric feild(magnitude 3.0 103 N/c) that isperpendicular to teh rod. With respect to the z axis, find the magnidude of the net torque applied to the rod.
