A sandbag is dropped from a balloon which is ascending vertically at a constant speed of 6m/s. If the bag is released with the same upward velocity of 6m/s when t=0s and hits the ground when t=8s, neglecting air resistance, find: a) the speed of the bag just before it hits the ground b) the altitude of the balloon when it is dropped .
