A data transmission system uses messages of duration T seconds. After each message transmission, the transmitter stops and waits Tseconds for a reply from the receiver. The receiver immediately replies with a message indicating that a message was received correctly. The transmitter proceeds to send a newmessage if it receives a reply within T seconds; otherwise, it transmits the previous message. Suppose that messages can becompletely garbled while in transit, and that this occurs with probability p. Find the maximum possible rate at which messages canbe transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver.
Assume that you have a CMOS inverter with a perfectly symmetric voltage transfer curve (VTC). What will happen to the VTC if you size down the NMOS transistor
Use the concept of phasor to combine each of the following sinusoidal functions into a single trigonometric expression: (a) y = 50cos(500t + 60) + 100cos( 500t - 30) (b) y = 200 cos( 377t + 60) -100sin( 377t + 150)
use any extragates in existing ICs for inverters when possible. Connect thecircuit and check its operation. the truth table for F1 and F2obtained from the circuit should conform with the minterms listed.
3. Which of the following is not an advantage of FETs over BJTs in RF amplifier usage. A) Their input impedance does not load down the Q of the circuit preceding the FET stage. B) The availability of dual gate FETs provides an isolated injection poin..
(a)Write out the channel matrix P and sketch its model formed by 2 identical parallel binary system channels(assume X-over prob is pdash) (b)Find the channel capacity C and the input probabilty that achieve it.
In the spectrum of a complicated in the time domain biological signal we observe ten prominent frequency components with a lot of leakage around them. Where is this leakage in the frequency domain more probably coming from
Use the immediate addressing mode to add four to each value that is loaded to accumulator. Store the results in Locations 13-15. Let's assume that in Locations 10-12 we have the values 5, 6, and 7. After executing your code, the values in Location..
