Consider a lossless transmission line of characteristic impedance Zo = 50 ohms and a time-harmonic travelling wave of rms voltage Vio = 10V on it. the Wavelength along the line is λz = 1m. Find the magnitude and phase angle of the load reflection coefficient, the maxima and minima of the total voltage and of the current of the line and their locations, and the standing wave ratio of the line, and sketch the voltage and current standing wave patterns along the line if it is terminated in a purely resistive load of resistance (a) RL = 250Ω and (b) RL = 10Ω, respectively.
