A 1 kilogram box slides down an undulating, frictionless slope starting from rest at a height 1.50 m above the ground. At the bottom of the slope it hits and sticks to a box of mass 2 kilogram. The two joined boxes slide across a horizontal, rough surface. Find how much work is done by friction to bring the boxes to rest?
