An infinitely long, hollow, rectangular pipe runs parallel to the x axis in the xy plane spanning a width y=0 to y0, and a height z=0 to z0. the top strip of the pip (at z=z0), insulated from the rest, is held at a constant potential V0, while the other three sides are grounded at V=0. (Note the absence of a boundary condition that requies v=0 at infinity).
