Full projections of the future of the company, depicting the strategy and future of the company. Projections include viable financial projections for the next 4 quarters. Future key indicator targets fully incorporated into the future.

This report is NOT another business plan.

Your final report is limited to 8 pages in the body. The 8 pages do not include the title page, contents, list of sources or appendices. Your meeting minutes should be an appendix, so it will not use your page limit.

FAQ ? Why the limit? Answer: In the business world you often are given limits of pages that you are allowed to give, you need to learn to be concise.

I do NOT want a report that goes through each period and provides a list of your decisions. You should be using your second set of SMART goals and discussing whether you achieved them or not or in some cases are you on pace to meet the goals. Why or why not did you hit the goals.

The future of the business should include financial projections, even if you are looking to close or sell the business as this does not happen overnight. If you were to choose to this you need to explain how you are doing it. You should also be setting new goals going forward.
