Aportion of a power system consists of two generators operating inparallel, connected to a step-up transformer that links them with a230 kV transmission line. The ratings of these components are;

Generator G1:10MVA, 12 % reactance
Generator G2 : 5MVA, 8 % reactance
Transformer T: 15 MVA, 6 % reactance
Transmission line TL: (4 + j60) Ω, 230kV
