If you choose childcare, you may choose to focus on the question whether parents are fullymeeting their obligations to protect the health and welfare of their children.Similarly, you may proceed with any other limited field you choose for your paper.

Research whatever aspect of the topic you have chosen and formulate your opinion.

Support your view by reference to at least six sources-two books and four journal articles at least two of which published in scholarly journals.
