In your presentation, you will examine interrelationships between organizational risk assessment and consequence management.

Assessment Deliverable

Using your selected aircraft crash, create a 10- to 12-slide presentation in which you examine the interrelationships between organizational risk assessment and consequence management. Include the following in your presentation: Risk Identification and Prioritization Explain what risks were known or should have been known. Organizational Decision-Making and Culture Explain how internal culture and leadership affected the risk response.

Communication and Transparency Explain how risks were communicated internally and externally.
