Creative works help us make sense of the world around us. This assignment will allow you to explore how creative works from the subject areas in the humanities (visual art, performing art, literary art) can help us better understand important topics. You will write about three creative works of your choice that portray the same topic in similar or different ways.

For this short answer assignment, first choose a topic that interests you (for example, family, money, climate change, and so on). Next, select three creative works that portray this topic.
