Select and summarise 2 issues discussed in the lecture that you think are most significant in understanding the Madayin system of law. Choose one issue (of the 2 you summarised above) that you think is most difficult for the broader non-Indigenous Australian society to understand. What makes this issue difficult for non-Indigenous Australia to understand? (Note: You may not choose an issue that is substantially similar to an issue/term you chose in Part A or B).
