Hint - Pick a service you have a lot of information about. Speak to people in that service, interview them about their teams and if they are cohesive. Use the theorist to back up your work.

Task 2 Take part in a team activity

The 20 - 20 challenge. You will be put in groups; you will have 2 weeks to turn 20p into £20. You will have to write business plan, take minutes from your meetings, action plans, brainstorming. Keep your receipts and all communications.

Once the challenge is complete you will need write a detailed report analysing your team's cohesion. Analyse the impact of good and poor team cohesion. How this affected your teams challenge and link it to the relevant theorist.
