Assessment Event 2 - Women Tradies Australia Simulation

In this assessment, you will undertake a number of tasks associated with planning and developing policy on gender for Women Tradies Australia.

Task 1: Anticipate and confirm the need for policy development

In this task, you will review the current situation with polices in terms of what is currently being used and what is needed to meet new initiatives. You will achieve this through an analysis of their internal and external environment and then make recommendations to stakeholders on the priority areas for policy development.
