Once new leadership has been determined all positions will receive corporate and divisional level training. Training will be goal orientated to ensure our company continues it’s success. We want to develop leaders, leaders that could potentially carry our business all over the country and eventually worldwide. Lets continue to strive for greatness. Each and every one of you has a part to play. As a senior VP, you will see me more frequently to ensure job happiness is being attained. I have an open door policy, do not hesitate to drop by and have a discussion on our goal and plan.

As we all know, there is a new CEO leading our company. This memorandum will explain and guide our new policies and future endeavors.As our company continues to expand, we can expect more and more challenges as we look to reach our goal of expanding globally. To ensure these challenges are met we all must be flexible and willing to cooperate with the corporate decisions. Green Transportation will be opening up ten new leadership positions and we plan on hiring within the business before opening the jobs up to the public. Building from within is part of our core goals and we truly believe we have the best employees in the country.

Today, we have announced a series of new leadership assignments, and I'd like to take a moment to explain the strategy guiding these decisions, which underscores our commitment to continuous development at Green Transportation. Our company has experienced much transition over the past few years as things change quickly and by a lot, whether it be in the marketplace, or even the supply chain itself. To ensure the continued sustainability of Green Transportation and to position ourselves to be agile and able to adapt in the face of those changes, I strongly believe we must keep our eyes on the long term and purposefully prepare our leaders for the future. Five leaders across our infrastructure are taking on new roles. These new assignments demonstrate our focus on building effective, versatile leaders with strong competence across multiple areas of the company. We believe in making development a priority is essential to develop the talents of our people and embrace lifelong learning. Doing so only makes us a more resilient company going forward and ensures that we are as relevant tomorrow as we are today.
