Flow around a circular cylinder

The maximum flow past a circular cylinder is 2 X the Up stream velocity. The max velocity occurs at the center line of the top of the cylinder. Assume std pressure and Temp for air and irrotational flow.

What is the difference between the lowest and highest pressures?

The cylinder is suspended in a 40/m wind.
