Question: Not only the discipline of organizational behavior, but also how we look at human behavior at work is subject to theoretical stances or approaches, such as functionalist, interpretivist and critical. Yet as organizations are becoming more complex, it is doubtful whether traditional theories have a role to play in understanding and managing human behavior in contemporary organizations. In this context some scholars argue that critical approaches to organizational behavior are probably the way forward. Explain.
