After reviewing all theoretical perspectives outlined in Chapter 3 of your textbook, complete the following for this discussion:

• Explain, in your own words, the strengths and weaknesses of psychosocial theory.

• Explore how it may apply to individuals you will work with in your specialization (MHC, MFT, School, Addiction, et cetera).
Reference the textbook and cite any other scholarly article used from the counseling literature to support your ideas.
