As individuals, people have ability to make their own choices and decide for themselves. Several things, though, may affect their ability to selectfreely. Choice, change, and control are three factors which affect degree to which people choose. How does person's level of autonomy affect their sense of freedom? How would person who aligns him or herself with incremental theory view his or her sense of freedom differently from person who aligns him or herself with entity theory? How would person with the internal locus of control view personal freedom as opposed to person with external locus of control?
