In need of a 400 word essay on the following ASAP. Would like a quote on a 2 hour turn-around because it is due tonight at midnight.

One of my main problems is that I don't have the text book for my PHI 121 class--long story. All I have to go on is in the module within Canvas. Below are instructions given by the professor.

Consider the following cases.

1. Tony Fabulous is a young Jehovah's Witness at the age of 17. He is in the hospital and desperately needs a blood transfusion. It is against his religious beliefs to get a blood transfusion, so he is refusing to get one. Without the transfusion he is very likely to die. Mr. and Mrs. Fabulous are not religious. They disagree with Tony's decision, and they would like for him to get the blood transfusion. Tony will refuse the transfusion if he is allowed to make the decision, and his parents will force him to have the transfusion if they are allowed to make the decision. Assume that they will never agree.
2. Maria Orangeade is 13. She got pregnant, and she wants to have the baby. Her parents want her to have an abortion, because they fear this is going to ruin Maria's life. Given the family's circumstances, if Maria has the baby, she will have to drop out of school to take care of it. (They don't necessarily live in the U.S., so assume that there is no outside help Maria can seek to help her take care of the baby.  Adoption is also not an option.).

For your essay, answer this question: "Should teenagers (age 13-17) be allowed to decide on whether or not to pursue a medical procedure, or should their parents have the final say?"

Discuss each of these two cases and how they relate to your position. 

• Then, state which of the moral theories or principles justifies your position.  (You'll find the moral theories and principles in the Levine paper as well as in your module commentary.)
• Choose at least one theory or one principle.
• Third, explain how that theory or principle justifies your position. Describe how the theory or principle you chose can be used to support your position. Be sure to make it clear to others how your chosen theory or principle works, and why, according to it, your position is the best one.

Also, if you said, "sometimes teenagers should have the say and sometimes they should not", then you're in a particularly difficult situation of explaining when exactly a teenager should have the last say and when they should not.
