Although there are shorter "versions" of a value proposition development, let's apply the original Michael Lanning five questions (Carroll, 2015).
For this forum address the following:
The five questions:
"Who are the target customers? (Carroll, 2015, para. 21)" - Describe the customers who would be interested in the product or service.
"What is the timeframe? (Carroll, 2015, para. 22)" - How long will your product or service address the need or pain point of the customer?
"What do you want these target customers to do? (Carroll, 2015, para. 23)" - Are you looking for the customer to purchase the product or service? Resell the product or service? Does the product or service need to be used in a specific way?
"What are their competing alternatives? (Carroll, 2015, para. 24)" - Who are the competitors? What do they are offer to the customer?
Using Steve Blank's formula generate a single sentence value proposition: We (I) help (X) do (Y) by doing (Z).

Q10
In today's sport industry, contracts are a ubiquitous fact of life. Generally contacts are used to formalize relationships involving exchanges of personal services or goods. In the sport industry, contracts may involve television and sponsorship coverage, contest scheduling, equipment purchases, players' and coaches' contracts, facility leases, licensing agreements, and athletic grant-in-aids. Reading this chapter does not substitute for the need to obtain legal representation for contractual matters. However, this chapter's contract fundamentals provide an overview and information that can help avoid troubling situations. At its most basic, a contract is an agreement between two or more parties that creates enforceable obligations recognizable at law explain his or her need for legal counsel and help in establishing a well-written contract (Ammon, Southall, & Nagel, 2010). Basically, you are the athlete or celebrity but in the contract, you are listed as the STUDENT. You are to choose who the sponsor is (it can be Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Under Armour, etc.) who wants you to represent them at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Most important is clause 2 titled "Specific Requirements." List at least 3 requirements that the sponsor and you agree to (it can be to come to a venue, hospitality center, go to a club, or anything else), details, and dates of those requirements also. Also, look at clause 3.1 and insert any special conditions you require such as specific lodging, food, travel arrangements, etc.
Use your imagination here. Remember, YOU ARE BIG TIME!!!. If you want only a 5-star hotel, driven in a limousine or flown over to Japan with first-class tickets then IT HAS TO BE IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DON'T ASK, YOU DON'T GET.
Upload and attach your completed contract in your initial post (it is too large to be pasted).
Aside from this please:
Discuss/speculate what one possible breach of this contract might be.
What might one remedy for this possible breach would be?
