Question: In this reflection, students will participate in 30min of movement five (5) out of seven (7) days this week. Movement can include walking, a workout, hiking, biking, yoga. (Basically I did this week cycling, yoga, stair- stepper, 2 day mixed cardio.)
1. Explain how moving more throughout your day has impacted you.
2. Include a rationale for the activities selected and scholarly literature (at least two sources) that supports your choice.
Example: resistance training only or combination of cardio/yoga/resistance, etc. Provide evidence that supports selecting a variety of training modalities or one single (how does this relate to goals? Overall health, targeted training goal, etc.)
3. Share both the challenges and successes you experienced this week while increasing your daily movement.
