Explain definition of design problem use 5-whys methodology

Using the design for the challenge you addressed for yourself last week, refine the definition of the design problem using the five-whys methodology. Some definitions of the problem should be more specific and some more general than the one you addressed last week.

Interview at least five different individuals who you believe share the gap you are addressing for your course project. These interviews should be done in person in the person's "use environment" whenever possible. Using what you learn in the lectures, identify the user's needs.

Submit as a post to the Discussion Board:

1. Explanation of the gap you used as your problem last week and a list of problem statements (at least five), arranged from most general to most specific. Please mark the one you will focus on address with an asterisk (*).

2. Briefly justify whether or not you refined the statement even further after conducting the interviews.

3. List 30 user needs you identified arranged into a hierarchy. Arrange your needs into groups, with a primary need describing the cluster in bold.
