The task:
Assessment 3 serves as a continuation of Assessment 1 (Event Proposal Presentation). Building upon the proposed event- Stanley College‘s participationin the Career Expo at Perth Convention Centre, you are required to produce a comprehensive Event Stagingand Management Report. This individual report focuses on the practical aspects of event execution and should outline all necessary activities from pre-event preparations through the event itself to post-event activities.

You are required to submit a 2000-word Event Management Plan in week 12. Please use the templates provided.

1. The assessment will includeEvent Staging Part, where youwill show how you plan, organise, and execute the physical setup and design of the event venue. Make sure that it meets the specific requirements and objectives provided by Stanley College.

In your Staging Report, you should consider the following key aspects:
• Booth Layout, Design and Staffing requirements:align with client's goals and attendees' demographics, design the booth to represent Stanley College brand, colours and messaging, introduce all study courses, use merchandise and marketing materials and consider how many staff will you need for what roles. • Traffic Flow and Safety: understand the flow of attendee, optimize the booth location and consider the safety regulations to prevent accidents.

• Audio-Visual Setup, Marketing and Presentation:plan and implement interactive tools and promotional materials to introduce Stanley College's courses, include students and staff to showcase success stories, highlight study programs and introduce admission processes.

• Engagement Spaces and Strategies: How and where will you engage with attendees, your goal is to create an immersive and effective experience for attendees, showcase the courses and generate leads for future enrolments.

• Logistics: Coordinate the moving and setting up equipment, materials, merchandise, and other physical elements to ensure a smooth and timely execution.

• "Rehearsals": ensure that all elements, including presentations, games, and technical aspects, work seamlessly during the actual event.

2. In your assessmentyou will need to include aProduction Schedule for the event that serves as a practical guide for your team through the execution of the event. The schedule should be divided into three sections: Pre-Event, The Event and Post-Event. List all the activities and tasks and allocate timelines, deadlines and persons responsible.

3. Your assessment must also include a Risk Analysis, where you identify and assess the top three risks for this event. For each risk discuss: Likelihood, Potential Consequence and Mitigation strategies.

4. You will also need to create a Budget for the event, that outlines all the expenses. In the budget consider contractors' fees, wages for the event staff, design and print of marketing brochures and materials, any other products or services required and an overall logistics.

5. Last part of your assessment is Event Evaluation and Self Reflection. This section is to be completed after the event has finished. Link your evaluation back to specific objectives outlined in the original event brief and client's goals.Assess execution of all the activities and tasks planned, staff performance and day-to-day event execution.Make sure to complete the Event Observation Checklistand include it in your final report.
