Question: Who presented to the ED for evaluation of hemoptysis which had been improving. As per patient, he worked at the pool with some cleaning chemical on and then came inside the house and started coughing and noticed some specks of blood in It. He reports he never had cough before (as per wife has a chronic smoker's cough) but has never had blood in phlegm before. He reports he went to and had a CXR done and given Zpack and albuterol and told that he has COPD which caused his symptoms.
