Description: Seeking a dynamic clinical operations manager for school-based health centers. The SBHC Manager will coordinate the provision of comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services for multiple School-Based Health Center locations. Acts as a liaison between schools/districts and the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guides direct and instructs staff members in areas related to patient care, work performance, problem-solving and decision making.
- Coordinates clinic work and utilizes available reports to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Provide oversight and monthly reports on Quality, Satisfaction and Visit performance.
- Identifies potential problem situations and intervenes to offset adverse impact; demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Reports concerns or problems within the facility, and works to resolve them with their direction.
- Monitors ongoing staffing needs and makes appropriate decisions.
- Evaluates staff for proficiency of work, and provides training and coaching as necessary to improve quality and productivity.
