A Metal Block of Mass M = 5.00 kilogram is hanging vertically from a string of length L=1.22 meter. A rubber bullet of mass m = 8.00 gram is shot horizontally at it, resulting in an elastic collision. After the collision, the metal block is deflected by a maximum angle of 28.0 degree.
