Objective: To evaluate the current state of the art and analyse the parallel fuel cell hybrid electric powertrain's performance.

PART - 1 : Research current state of the art covering the following aspects in maximum 3000 words
Explain the key components of a hybrid powertrain.
Compare the advantages and disadvantages of parallel, series, and power-split hybrid architectures.
What factors influence the efficiency of a hybrid powertrain ?
Describe the role of regenerative braking in energy recovery.
Present your research with well-supported performance plots/figures and references.
PART- 2 : Performance Analysis of the powertrain in 1200 words ( next week release )
For a specific vehicle type (e.g., passenger car, or bus) establish performance for PHEV and FCHEV parallel mode, using the MATLAB scripts provided in the datasets.
Vary the FCHEV powertrain parameters ( Fuel storage ) and determine the hydrogen fuel mass required to increase the range of FCHEV by 50 miles. Examine the battery cut-off SOC parameter influence on key metrics such as fuel consumption , regen energy and range of the FCHEV.
PART- 3 : Discussion and Conclusions in 1000 words
